Co-founder，Chairman

Ms. Sally Shan is the Co-Founder and Chairman of AspenBridge Advisory. With over 30 years of experience in the global financial sector, Ms. Shan has a distinguished career in investment banking and private equity. From 2012 to 2024, she served as Head of HarbourVest Partners' China operations, where she was instrumental in establishing the firm's private equity investment and fundraising platform. Prior to this, Ms. Shan was a Managing Director at JPMorgan, where she led the Asia Technology Investment Banking Division. She also spent a decade at Lehman Brothers, working in their Global Technology Investment Banking Division in both Silicon Valley and New York and focusing on fundraising, IPO and M&A.
 

Ms. Shan is a board member of the non-profit organization VillageCore. She has also served as a committee member of the Fund-of-Funds Subcommittee of the Asset Management Association of China, as well as an advisor to the LP Advisory Committees of several prominent private equity firms across Asia.

Ms. Shan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China (1992) and an MBA from Yale University (1997). She is an advisor to the Yale Beijing Alumni Association and served as a member of the Greater China Advisory Board of Yale School of Management from 2019 to 2024. Ms. Shan is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network in China, co-founded the SHero Young Women's Leadership Program, and became an internationally certified leadership coach in 2020.

Ms. Helen Sun is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AspenBridge Advisory. With two decades of experience in the technology sector, Ms. Sun has held key leadership positions at a leading global information and communications technology enterprise and its subsidiaries for 11 years. Her roles encompassed strategic planning, product and operations management, process transformation, quality management, and human resources. As one of the first practitioners of Huawei's Integrated Product Development (IPD) process, Ms. Sun was instrumental in building the company's 700-member R&D team from the ground up, establishing the IPD process, as well as the associated management standards, organizational structure, decision-making mechanisms, and policies. This effort led to the creation of a modern, process-driven scientific management system.
 

Ms. Sun has also held senior roles at Baidu and Zhongguancun. At Baidu, she served as Senior Delivery Manager. At Zhongguancun, she was the General Manager of the Zhongguancun Tongli Internet 3.0 Product Investment Division and Chairwoman of the Metaverse and Innovation Industry Subcommittee of the Zhongguancun Entrepreneurs Association.

Ms. Sun holds degrees from Yale University and Renmin University of China. She currently serves as the President of the Yale Club of Beijing, Chapter Leader of the Yale School of Management Beijing Chapter, and a Board Director of the Yale International Alliance.
